Who we are

ALJ Tools Hub (tools.andrewleejenkins.com) is a suite of SEO, content, and data tools operated by Andrew Lee Jenkins LLC. This policy explains what information the service handles, why, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@andrewleejenkins.com.

Account information

When you create an account we store your name, email address, and a password hash, or your basic Google profile (name, email, profile image) if you sign in with Google. We use this to operate your account, secure sign-in, and send transactional email such as receipts and verification links. We also send occasional product emails, and every one of those includes a working unsubscribe link.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store your subscription status, wallet balance, and a Stripe customer reference so the service knows what you have access to.

Content you create in the tools

Some tools store the work you do in them so you can come back to it, for example teleprompter scripts, generated content, voice training samples, and campaign drafts. That content belongs to you, stays in your account, and is deleted when you delete it or delete your account. Contact lists you upload to the List Cleaner are processed to produce your results and are not kept in our database.

Your API keys

Tools that can run on your own third-party API keys keep those keys in your browser's local storage on your device, not on our servers. The exception is the Content Engine, which stores its keys encrypted (AES-256-GCM) in our database so campaigns can run server-side. Keys travel with your request through our server only to the provider they belong to, to run the requests you ask for, and are not stored along the way.

Google user data

Two features use Google services, and they work differently. Both are covered by this commitment: ALJ Tools Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Sign in with Google. If you choose it, we receive your basic profile (name, email, profile image) to create and sign in to your account. We do not receive or request anything else from your Google account.

Index Checker. This tool asks Google for a read-only Search Console token (scope "webmasters.readonly") through Google's own popup. That token lives only in your browser tab's memory. It is never sent to, stored on, or logged by our servers. Your browser calls Google's Search Console API directly, so your property list and your inspection results never pass through our servers. They exist in your browser tab until you close it or export them yourself. The token expires on its own within about an hour, and the Disconnect button revokes it immediately. We do not use Search Console data for advertising, we do not sell it, and no human at ALJ Tools Hub can read it, because we never have it.

If you load URLs from a sitemap in the Index Checker, whether you pasted its address or picked it from your Search Console sitemap list, that sitemap address is sent to our server, which fetches the public sitemap file (and any child sitemaps it references) to pull out your URLs. The file contents are parsed and returned to your browser, not stored.

Third-party services

We use a small set of processors to run the service: Railway (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), and Google (sign-in and the Search Console API as described above). Tools that call external APIs on your behalf, such as DataForSEO, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Cloud, Replicate, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, and Twilio, send only the data needed to run the request you started. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Retention and deletion

Your data stays in your account until you remove it. To delete your account, email support@andrewleejenkins.com from your account email and we will permanently delete your account and its associated data.

Children

The service is for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will also be announced by email.
